From 21/10/2022, to use the consular services of the Embassy, you must book online at https://prenotami.esteri.it/. Access to the offices is only possible with an appointment personally booked online.

Italian citizens in emergency situations can go directly to the Embassy during office hours (Monday-Thursday 9.30-12.30) without an appointment. No appointment is also needed to request an emergency travel document.
